Fermentations using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

The wine matures in in a combination of new and used barriques for a period of 16 months.

Cross clone between the varieties of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, the Pinotage is the only real native grape variety of South Africa.

This very refined version of Pinotage wine, opens elegantly on cassis notes, caramelized orange, berries and sweet spices.

The tannins are succulent on the palate, the fruity hints open towards grilled sausage notes.

The aftertaste is long and persistent.
